Nigerian betting operator Nairabet has launched Virtual Games TV, the virtual sports broadcasting solution developed by Kiron Interactive and Vermantia, across its retail estate. Virtual Games TV is a dedicated satellite channel that broadcasts a range of virtual sports such as horse and dog racing, football, motorsports and cycling, with additional sports to be added in future. It will initially be rolled out in 130 of Nairabet’s shops, with plans to expand the service to its entire retail network of more than 1,500 points of sale. Vermantia noted that Nigeria has proved to be one of Africa’s fastest growing sports betting markets, and that Virtual Games TV would further strengthen its presence through premium content and high-end satellite delivery.
