I genuinely appreciate every new sportbetting company showing up at every nook and cranny of the country. First because they are creating competition and more employment for the professionals..

but again I'm deeply concerned that most of them don't take the time to do their homework, they do a shitty job in hiring, getting the wrong platform and using the wrong strategy to deploy their products to the market  and at the end of the day  they create more awareness for the few big guys..


Hiring the right staffs is important, if you don't have it, take from the big guys by giving them the right incentives , before deciding on the  platform to use, make sure you consult the players  in the industry first, on what features you need to have to scale. Oh and again I can't stress this enough...you office location has a lot to do with your growth...don't set up your office in lekki because you have a free space there...when your customers are on the mainland in Surulere,ajegunle and ipaja..the MARKET doesn't care about your emotion. It is what it is.

    you are right sir. However, Everybody wants to be famous, but nobody wants to do the work. I live by that. You grind hard so you can play hard. At the end of the day, you put all the work in, and eventually i will pay off. It could be in a year, it could be in 30 years. Eventually, your hard work will pay off........... 3 key things that helped me grow In life

When I looked back at my journey both in my social life and my work life, a.k.a cooperate journey. Which started roughly nine years ago.  Allow me some bragging rights. I have done amazingly well in the Nigerian gaming industry and have the top 2 companies in the Nigerian sports betting industry to show.
